Customer satisfaction is an important indicator for us. At regular intervals, we ask our customers as well as companies with whom we are unfortunately not working about the services we provide. We confidently confront ourselves with unpleasant questions such as the evaluation of project costs.
With an average evaluation of 97% (in the “excellent” range) we have achieved outstanding customer satisfaction. We are extremely proud of this value and it motivates us to keep on giving our best.
